Hi,

My name is Shreyas and I build things. So far that has meant software and technical products, but broadly speaking, the north star is to work towards any mission that can improve and enrich the human condition. I started in tech because I was enamoured by its ability to unassailably create more from less, and do so at such immense scale when deployed with efficacy and via the right systems. I find it easy to be excited through creating fantastic human experiences and realising artefacts that expand the horizon of our knowledge and collective living standards.

I am pursuing product and GTM opportunities right now: I’ve been a software engineer at Amazon and Coupa before and have graduated from BITS Goa in 2024 with a Masters in Economics and a Bachelors in Computer Science. (you can find the résumé in the footer)

This website contains personal projects I’ve worked on, what inspires me, experiments that don’t really belong anywhere else and things that I want to think loud and hard about.

I’m particularly passionate about socio-economic, technological and public-policy problems in India. I am a huge believer in Indian dynamism and the bright future the country has. Education and healthcare are also fields that constantly fascinate me, I find myself coming back to core questions in these domains constantly (mainly about how to deliver their best outcomes reliably without letting human incompetence or malice get in the way).

Outside of work: Reading, driving my motorcycle around, spending time with loved ones (the main point of it all) and learning languages (I currently speak 3 and am doing A2 in French right now).
